Every year, MSN Autos puts together a list of the best vehicles for people who want to finance a new car while working on a low budget. We think this is a great idea, because there are more savvy consumers now than ever before. Of these consumers, many might not be familiar with what brand offers the most bang for their buck quite yet. And, if there's one brand that stood out more than any on this year's "10 Great Cars for Less Than $20,000" list, Central Kia of Irving would have to say that it's Kia.

Why Kia? Part of the reason is because they are the only automaker to feature more than one model on the list. Kia nabbed two spots with the 2012 Kia Soul and 2012 Kia Forte Koup. There are a number of reasons why these two models were chosen, and we would like to go over a few key points. 

First up is the 2012 Kia Soul. This boxy vehicle was given two thumbs up for its outside-the-box design, more than enough legroom, and excellent fuel economy. In fact, the editors at MSN Autos had a tough time finding something that they didn't like about the 2012 Soul.

Next up is the 2012 Kia Forte Koup. MSN Autos was pleased to see such a low price gap between trim levels, its more than adequate performance, and its compact design. The editors also noted that while the competition's Civic Si outperformed the Forte Koup, there's one important area where the Forte Koup excels far past the competition: Cost. Starting at $4,000 less than its Japanese rival, MSN Autos announced the Kia Forte Koup to be one of the best picks in its entire class.
